Cancellation Policy:

If you must change or cancel your appointment, 24 notice must be given or a fee will be charged. For all in home visits there is a $50 fee for change or cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment time, $150 fee within 6 hours of your scheduled appointment time and $238 fee when Dr. Alana is already driving to your home or there is no answer at your door.
